We are pleased to announce that all electrical and structural repairs have been successfully completed, marking a significant milestone in the project. With this critical work finalized, we are now in the final phase—awaiting official approval and building recertification. This achievement reflects our team’s commitment to quality, safety, and delivering results on time and within budget.

Recertification Process

In addition to the repairs, we have submitted all necessary recertification forms to the city. We are now in the waiting phase for approval from the city officials.
