Doral Isles Community, Doral, FL 30-Year Recertification Contract Signed.

We are pleased to announce that Recertify Miami has been officially engaged to perform the 30-Year Building Recertification process for the Doral Isles community in the City of Doral, FL.

Our team is currently working with the property administration to finalize the inspection schedule. Once on-site, our licensed engineers will conduct:

• A complete structural inspection of the building by our P.E.

• A full electrical inspection, including infrared thermographic (thermoscan) study of panels, sub-panels, wiring, and meters

• Preparation of the Structural and Electrical Deficiency Reports per Miami-Dade County requirements

• Filing of the Safe to Occupy Letter and full coordination with the City of Doral Building Department through final certification

As with every project we take on, our engineer's role is to identify only what is genuinely required for compliance, protecting the property owner from unnecessary repair costs while ensuring the building meets all safety and code requirements.
