We have officially kicked off the 40-year electrical recertification at 1525 Pennsylvania Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Our team of licensed engineers is conducting a complete electrical inspection along with an infrared thermographic scan of all panels, sub-panels, wiring, and meters. Upon completion, a Safe to Occupy letter will be issued and all documentation submitted to Miami-Dade County to secure the building's recertification certificate.
