Essex House Hotel, Miami Beach – Structural repairs completed, violations cured.

A few months ago, after a series of heavy rains, one of the eyebrows at the Essex House Hotel collapsed. The city issued a violation and required the immediate repair of that eyebrow as well as others in similar condition. Our engineer prepared the shoring and repair drawings, which we submitted, and we began the repair process.

All the eyebrows were fully restored, the city lifted the violation, and the permits were closed on schedule and within the agreed budget.
