Pantera Rosa Hotel, Miami Beach – Awaiting concrete repair permit to begin work.

We have submitted our permit application to the city, along with the concrete repair drawings, and are now awaiting approval. The repairs are expected to take approximately one month, after which, following the final inspection, the owner will receive the building’s certification.
